November 2005 :
- In November, the BBC broadcast Richard Bedser’s HANNIBAL in which Hichem Rostom plays the part of a Carthaginian general.
- Hichem Rostom plays the part of SALADIN in Holy Warriors, a BBC serial. The movie will be distributed on National Geographic in the USA and a French version is under way for France 2.
- The Guards of Rome a fiction documentary entirely in Latin and directed by Robert Kechichian, was scheduled on France 3 for November. Hichem Rostom plays the part of Hanon, a Phoenician oil merchant accused by Neron of being at the root of the fire that devastated Rome.
December 2005 :
- TV is coming is shown on Tunisian screens. Hichem Rostom composes a counter employment character in a social comedy of Moncef Dhouib, an authority in the field.
- After being shown in Belgium and Switzerland, Moufida Tlatli’s Nadia and Sarra will be shown on Canal + during the course of the winter. It was the second time that Hichem Rostom worked with the director of The Silences of the Palace.

Soon :
- After collaborating in Noria and in Steps on the clouds, Abdellatif Ben Ammar will direct Hichem Rostom in his next production Mabrouk goes to War.
- Using The Blossoming Almond-Trees, his own scenario, Hichem Rostom took part in the workshop Ecriture Sud that was held in Hammamet (Tunisia) and Assilah (Morocco) under the direction of scriptwriter Jacques Akchoti.
- For his 4th season, a new series of fifteen radio theater works will be broadcast at the Theater for night birds, a program directed by Hichem Rostom.
RTCI (Radio Tunis Chaine Internationale) from January to June 2006, every Wednesday at 9:00 p.m.
Theater season 2005-2006 :
- After directing the two previous sessions of the The Theater Days of Carthage Festival, Hichem Rostom prepared a project on The Arts of the Street that he contributed in making it known in Tunisia. The Art Rush will be a pluri-artistic event that will liven up places and streets at the beginning of the spring.
- Lotfi Manaï’s The Jail will be produced and directed by Hichem Rostom in the 2006 summer.
In process project :
Hichem Rostom will take part in the creation of Yasmina Reza’s famous play Arts for a series of performances at the Municipal Theater of Tunis with Mohamed Kouka.
